kids art class at worthalook

On Friday 30th September I will be running another 2hr papercraft class for kids at the gorgeous "worthalook" gift shop in Broadbeach from 10am - 12pm.
It's such a pleasure to watch & see the excitement of a child stamping & creating. Book a place for your child today as spaces are limited.

A special thank you

 How special do you feel when you receive a package full of gorgeous, inspiring, handmade creations like these? well I'll tell you because I felt super special when Sandy handed me THE case (Sandy Thank you, you knew & remembered I wanted just the case when it was available with products contained & you have ever so kindly parted with yours) wrapped up in my favourite Ribbon & tied in a big bow. I could see inside was a gorgeous "Flower Fest" handmade box & the excitement & oh's just kept going, as I opened it I saw all the new in colours used on beautiful gift cards & matching crochets flowers adorned them. (Sandy thank you for the crocheted flowers you made extra for me, I look forward to using those on some special cards soon). Sandy had tried to explain to me on the phone how she had a class that everyone so enjoyed making the milk carton sheep & matching cards & also the Christmas one, I imagined they would be cute but IRL they are super cute & a must CASE. I keep telling Sandy to start a blog so we can all see all her gorgeous creations & I'm hoping that will happen soon.

Catalogue launch make-n-takes

  Introducing Sydney to "Creative Elements", "Delicate Doilies" & "My Friend" stamp sets. The thanks is from "Kindness Matters" which I love. Other new products are the Textured  Impressions Embossing Folder, Dotted Scallop Ribbon Border & small Oval Punches. The only new in colour I used in the make-n-takes was Wisteria Wonder but I had a lot of samples using the new In Colours & this little 3 x 3 card looks great in them all -see last pic. A total of 76 of these 3 cards were made on the day, which was a lot of fun & enjoyed by all, I'm very blessed to have so many wonderful stamping friends & loyal customers.

Stampin up Button Bracelet

Button bracelets first caught my eye at convention & I have finally got around to making a couple.
The top one I used Soft Subtle Buttons & a Trinket Key. The second one has retired buttons mixed with current grey from the neutrals pack.

I added a shrinky dink charm (lots of fun making those)
punched out & stamped with pennant parade & punch.

New catalogue samples

I'm off to Sydney to launch the new catalogue & share some creations.
I'll post the make-n takes when I get home so they are a surprise for my guests on Saturday.
My craft room lights haven't been off!
