At first I wasn't going to do any Halloween projects, but hen I did the Fete & being so close to halloween I went ahead & ordered a couple: "Wicked Cool" & "Spooky Bingo Bits". I really liked the versatility of "Greeting Card Kids" I had that set already which is the girl on the pumpkin, watercoloured, the spider web embossing folder is so cool, colours are Basic Black, Rich Razzleberry & Tangerine Tango, the Boo tag is from Tiny Tags. The pencil Broom in the 2.5 x 20cm cello bag seen in the left of the pic is super cute & easy to make with just a 3" to 6" x 2 1/2" strip of DSP, I used Howlestooth & Scaringbone.
I made a Holloween Banner & had a couple of the Rosettes left over, one was the little witch from "Googly Gools", (I borrowed this set from Tracey M on my team). The bat is actually the elegant Butterfly punch with a couple of extra punches using a small circle punch, the eyes are a couple of dots of Cherry Cobbler Dazzling Details. The "Toxic Treats" Fancy Favour box is a case from the Holiday mini on pg 24, I also borrowed this set for a play & had to make it, a little different & I still want to add the banner which I did make but can't find now, (my left over bits from creating have gotten out of hand!) I must say I so enjoyed creating halloween projects & the sets that I do have will be very useful for kids cards & spooky party's so happy I purchased what I have. Have a Happy Halloween on Wednesday.

School Fete
Not the best of pics but had to share some. I raised funds for Heart Kids last weekend at Teya's school fete. Lots of prepping & help getting ready for such an event! so a big thank you to those on my team for all the help & support -much appreciated. Halloween was my main theme & most projects were inspired by some amazing US blog posts, like the bat bag -so cute. I'll have to do up some more pencil & bookmark magnet cello toppers & share those as they make a great little gift instead of sweet treats, so I'll be back to post soon with those.

A note card box bag gift set with a selection of coordinating cards. You can find the instructions here for the bag (go to instuctions & click on sweet Shoppe Suite class), so grateful to Chiaki, she shares alot of fabulous tutorials, so a big thank you to Chiaki for your time & effort in creating these.
Comfort Cafe DSP with matching inks & CS. A few stamp sets & accessories used. I just love the left over Doily Die on the top of the baby card & am loving the Voila's Lace Builder wheel on the thank you card. Summer Starfruit is my favourite new in colour & is so in at the moment! The Birthday card is a case of the card on page 35 of the catalogue. I will be making a few of these filled with cards for many occasions using the thank you layout for Christmas gifts this year & will make a larger one to fit our standard size cards. You can find the instructions here for the bag
