Dreams Du Jour cards

Bella DS papers here again!!! I guess I'm loving them, anyhow I cased the top one from Splitcoast & then made the Pacific Point one as it's a great design for this stamp, not much to it really, the size is 4x4"'s & both have the gorgeous Tafetta ribbons in Riding Hood Red & Kiwi Kiss. The second card has DS paper just on the lower half, the top half is randomly stamped with the very nice butterfly from this set. I used a Blender Pen to colour the images & the lid of the ink pads as a palette.

Baby's 1st Birthday card

I was really excited with how the puff paint heated up! I bought some from Spotlight ages ago especially for this cupcake from "Big Bold Birthday" stamp set & finally got around to using it.
the card measures 4x4"'s & colours used are Pirouette Pink, Riding Hood Red on Whisper White, I used a little Bella Rose DS Paper as well & some Pink Pirouette Striped Ribbon & White Brads. If you haven't got any White Brads you can heat up a silver/Gold brad with your heat tool & dip it into White embossing powder & heat it again to set the powder , do this a couple of times & use tweezers to hold the brad.

1st Birthday cards

I purchased some more embossing folders for my Cuttlebug (can't wait for Bigshot to get here!) & this Paisley one was perfect for this Simple chipboard 1st Birthday card, Colours are Piroutte Pink & Riding Hood Red on Whisper White. I inked up the chipboard with white craft ink first & heat set to dry, I then inked it in a lttle Riding Hood Red purposely leaving some White so that when I dazzled it with Heat & Stick powder & Diamonds it wasn't to deep in colour. The scalloping I did with the scallop edge Punch & the card is finished off with Riding Hood Red Striped Ribbon & retired Hodgepodge Buckle.

The original #1 chipboard I dazzled was on raw chipboard which wasn't girly enough & even though I have no 1st Birthday boys to give it to but I wanted to use it & the Swiss Dots embossing folder. I cased this layout & loved it so much that I made 4 other cards (I already posted 2) -it's a great inspiration to start with a layout!

Tea Party DS papers for the monogram cards below were also perfect for the Christening & Teya's Reconciliation card. The T & S are embossed in silver & Dazzled with Diamonds with 2 way glue pen. Tea Party DS papers has Basic Grey in it so I mounted the letters on the Grey then onto the Scalloped Pretty in Pink & added Silver Brads to tie it all together.
Thanks Andrea for making it easy for me to make these beautiful cards!

Heart to Heart nursery card

I really love the way this cute little card turned out & it was super easy too! Colours are Kraft, Whisper White, Riding Hood Red, So Saffron, Baja Breeze & DS papers. The Elephant is cut out after stamping on scrap piece of Whisper White inked in Riding Hood Red & just snailed on, the hearts are punched using the Heart to Heart Punch & adhered with Dimensionals (the red one is just snailed) & I just drew the strings with my White Gel Pen.

Cheers to you card

This was the first card I made when I got this set back in March (preview order). I had to dust off my Cuttlebug! It was my play with the Incolours -Tangerine Tango, Pacific Point & Kiwi Kiss.
