Sunray Label Love

I thought I'd try the sunray paper piecing technique with the new in colour Core'dinations C/S embossed in various Folders, I love the result & had to share. The gorgeous new Ruffle Ribbon frames the label from "Label Love" stamp set beautifully. Base C/S is Naturals White, the size of my rays are 1.5" x  6" cut on the diagonal top left to bottom right point to point. Frenchie has a great video tutorial I discovered after I had made a couple of variations & not much different to the way I would make it.

Mosaic Madness Happy Day

 White or Vanilla? Happy day is crisp in white & notecard size but I think I prefer the Smile in Vanilla full card size but next time I will lower the cut so the mosaics are a bit lower (they cover the join & the cut is like an elongated slanted s), hard to explain but after my team meeting this Friday night when we make this card I will post a quick tutorial.
A versatile card for many occasions & suits both male & female or both, the Happy Day one for an engagement or wedding? just add a little bling.
