Echoes of Kindness cards

Watercoloured with Crayons, the rubber has been spritzed with water before applying Always Artichoke & elegant Eggplant crayons direct to the rubber then with an Aquapainter blended in on Watercolour paper (the deisign for my watercolour class).
The top card has the image stamped in Stazon & the colour picked up from the Crayons with an Aquapainter. I love the creamy look of watercolouring with crayons.
Rasberry Tart DS papers, Regal & Rose Reds. You may be wondering about what punch I used that has the twine tied through? it's the Eyelet Border Punch & it can punch 2 different corner designs, so if you have one give it a try.

Just Surfing 21st Birthday Invites

Ok I'm not going to be modest on this post as I am extremely happy with these invites. My nephew turns 21 next month (means a trip back to Sydney so contact me if you would like to catch up or attend a get together). Steven loves the surf & is the youngest of 4 so he's up as well as the Surf! for the Big 21 -get it, clever don't you think? I made them in a couple of hours which was quite an accomplishment as I normally take my time when designing invites but this one was a breeze & the first idea that came to mind.
Steven always shows his appreciation of anything by just saying that's OK (his good) but this time I got "they're great" so I'm really happy!
Supplies;
Just Surfing stamp set
Pacific Point, Baja Breeze, Sahara Sand, Whisper White & Basic Black CS
Tab Punch, Silver Brads but retired eyelets on most (they went better with the nautical theme)
Pacific Point Striped Ribbon , Hemp Twine, Dimensionals, Snail & Paper snips.

Motor neurone disease is a progressive neurological disease. MND affects approximately 1300 people in Australia and thousands more - their carers, families and friends - live daily with its impact. On average every day in Australia at least one person dies from MND and another is diagnosed.
Motor neurone disease often begins with weakness of the muscles of the hands or feet. It eventually leads to generalised paralysis. People with motor neurone disease need help with daily activities and have a life expectancy of three to five years after their diagnosis.
Sadly at present there is no cure for Motor Neurone Disease.

Great Friend & Oval All together

I loved the last card I posted mainly because of the DS paper used & just had to make another. This time I stamped the Butterfly 3 times in the co-ordinating inks Baja Breeze, So Saffron & Cameo Coral then cut them out & adhered them with Dimensionals. The thankyou from "Oval All" stamp set is punched out with the Scallop Oval Punch & adhered onto 2 off centred Baja Breeze scalloped ovals to create a larger scallop oval & I just had to add the new DS flower Brads, they're so pretty.
