Finally the pool was finished & filled on the 22 January. We did however enjoy having the Pavillion/Entertaining area finished in time for my family who arrived on boxing day.
A pic taken from our kitchen after the coping & tile band was laid & below when we finally could fill the pool with excitement & anticipation.
I was so happy with the colours I chose, from the Black Glass tileband in the pool to the Honed sandstone that surrounds it, the semi-frameless glass pool fence & especially the Icelandia terrazzo-like polished Concrete Matt did -that in particular looks amazing. The painters are still going on the outside of the house as we had some extra rendering done, & then all we need to do is some landscaping.
